Gretchen Beall Schumann, a partner of the firm, has extensive experience in domestic and international family law, including complex litigation. Ms. Schumann was recently listed in Metro Super Lawyers, Top 50 Women Attorneys in New York. She has authored chapters on New York family law practice for international publications and serves as a Neutral Evaluator for the New York County Supreme Court’s Matrimonial Neutral Evaluation Program. She routinely presents for legal, academic and corporate institutions on the financial ramifications of divorce and related topics. Ms. Schumann is current President of the New York Women’s Bar Association Foundation, Inc. and a past-President of the New York Women’s Bar Association. Ms. Schumann is a member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women. Ms. Schumann graduated from Cornell Law School (J.D.) and Columbia University (B.A.) and is admitted in both New York and New Jersey.
