Efosa Etomi is a partner at Chief Rotimi Williams’ Chambers, a leading law firm in Nigeria and a member of TerraLex. Efosa has over 30 years of legal experience in the practice of family and labor law in Nigeria. She is a civil litigator and has appeared in all superior courts of record in Nigeria. Efosa is a member of the National Judicial Council (NJC), a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) and the president of the African Women Lawyers Association (AWLA). For the past couple of years, she has been a contributor to the Thomas Reuters practical law guide where she co-authored the section on family law in Nigeria.
