Currently we are only located in Australia – but we are working with some internationals in relation to a campaign of UN awareness identifying the Rights of the Child in relation to allegations of Parental Alienation in Family Law & Child Protection Services. Including the kidnapping of OUR children by judicial consent. For the past five years the Domestic Violence & Family Law Support Network has been running as a Not for Profit, supporting people who are self representing in Family Law / Domestic Violence / Child Protection / predominantly in administrative tasks. This year I refocused the business plan and from this quarter we’re rolling out a program where lawyers can donate their services through DVFL (with tax incentives) to children who are in need of direct representation in civil & criminal matters. It’s something that no-one has ever done before in Australia and the five year business plan is to have the program up and running in the UK, USA, NZ and European countries … It’s all very new to the industry … All of the Law Societies are on board and the Pro-Bono Society have been very supportive.
