This 40-hour mediation training certificate is approved by the New York State Unified Court System’s Office of ADR programs under Part 146. The course is also accredited by the International Mediation Institute and the Civil Mediation Council. Professionals who complete the course will become fully-certified private mediators and fulfil the initial and advance education and training requirements for court-connected mediation programs under Part 146.
