After gaining valuable experience heading the Family law department in a large firm, Anne Marie has an in-depth knowledge of all areas within family law and has a successful record of representing high net-worth individuals, often in cases with international jurisdiction issues. Following the influx of foreign companies setting up in Malta, Anne Marie has had the opportunity to advise clients with regards to international custody disputes, cross-border co-parenting arrangements and international surrogacy arrangements. Having gained a reputation of achieving optimal out of court settlements for clients going through high-conflict separations, Anne Marie is engaged by Malta’s two top-tier law firms to handle their client’s Family matters.
