Member of the Warsaw Bar (2002). Educated: Warsaw University, Faculty of Law and Administration, Poland, Master Degree 1996, Warsaw University Doctorate in Law 2003. Practises in all areas of Family Law with a particular focus on divorce, child custody and visitation, property division and international child abduction. Has taught civil law at Warsaw University and Łazarski University in Warsaw. Scholarship at Max-Planck-Institut fur Auslandisches und International Privatrecht in Hamburg, Germany. Author of publications on family law issues (Parental Authority Over the Child On Parents’ Divorce (Comparative Perspective), 19 Family and Law Quarterly 12-32 (2011)).
