Natalia Olowska-Czajka

Graduated with merit from the Warsaw Faculty of Law (1999) and became a barrister cum laude in the Warsaw Bar (2004). During her curriculum she also attended courses on the law of England and Wales (run by professors from the Cambridge University) as well as the Spanish law course (co-operation with the Universidad de Cuenca, Espana) as well as worked for international legal firms (including CMS Cameron McKenna). Ever since 2007 has been an advocate judge of the Upper Disciplinary Court for Advocates. Legal office is based in Warsaw and main area of expertise is the family law in its broadest scope, with all what comes into mind when thinking international practice, involving different legal cultures and traditions. Is considered to be the best choice for complicated divorce matters and child custody issues, including relocations/abductions. Represents her clients before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
