Rong Tao Kohtz

Columbia University Law School, J.D. and L.L.M. 2001, John M. Olin Fellow in Law and Economics. Peking (Beijing) University Law School, Master of Economic Law,1998. Ms. Kohtz practices in all areas of family law. She has specialized in international family law and U.S. immigration law since 2004. Ms. Kohtz is a member of the U.S. State Department’s Hague Convention Attorney Network. She also has extensive experience in Chinese law and legal practice, and has testified as an expert in Chinese family law.
