Admitted in Queensland (1987), High Court of Australia (1989) and South Australia (2013). Specialised in family law matters since 1988, and has been an accredited family law specialist since 1996. Practises in all areas of family law, and especially enjoys helping clients in complex international matters, including Hague matters. Has helped clients from throughout Australia and 16 countries overseas with surrogacy/ART matters. In 2012 obtained a world first precedent as to what constituted conception. One of two international representatives of the ART committee of the American Bar Association. First international fellow of the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys (AAARTA).
