Has an extensive eastern seaboard practice through the Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane offices of the firm with the group being the largest specialist family law group in a commercial firm in Australia. Has extensive experience in all aspects of family law, however his practice focuses exclusively on complex property disputes, both domestic and internationally. Has specific expertise in cases involving complicated commercial issues, valuations, taxation and restructuring disputes. Practice includes disputes involving Singapore, Hong Kong and European countries where he provides specialised assistance to both ex pats and also clients living overseas who may have cross border international disputes. Recognised in the 2012-15 editions of Best Lawyers (Australia) for his expertise in the area of Family Law and ranked Preeminent in Doyles Guide’s Leading Australian Family Lawyers 2015-16.
