Renee Stockley

I specialise in all areas of family law, with a focus on complex financial and parenting matters and international family law. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Monash University and became a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Family Law Specialist in 2015. I was named a Rising Star of Family Law in the coveted Doyle’s guide in 2020, 2021 and 2022, before starting my own practice in 2022. I sit on the Law Institute of Victoria’s Family Law Section Executive Committee, and am a member of the Family Law Sections of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Law Council of Australia.
