Specialised in family law since 2002. One of the few Australian practitioners admitted to practise in Australia (2002) and in Hong Kong (2009). Is the head of the Family Law Department across the FitzGerald Lawyers Sydney and Hong Kong offices (primarily based in Sydney). Has an international practice with a focus on jurisdictional disputes, reciprocal maintenance regimes, child relocation and abduction, multi-jurisdictional pre and post nuptial agreements. Has particular focus working with ex-patriates. Case reporter of the Hong Kong Family Law Reports.
