Called to the Bar in 1986. After practising in a firm for several years, Kim started own practice in 1995 and is now Counsel at Dooley Lucenti Professional Corporation where she continues to practise exclusively in mediation, arbitration and the litigation of family law matters. Kim completed her Masters of Law Degree in Dispute Resolution in June 2017 from Osgoode Hall Law School with a special emphasis on advanced mediation techniques. Member: OAFM, AFCC, Advocates Society; former member of the OBA Family Law Section Executive; founder, Simcoe County Family Law Lawyers’ Association. Kim has written extensively in the area of family law and presented papers for extended legal education programs. Kim continues to develop a special interest in case management, mediation and arbitration.
