I am a specialist in Children law. My practice covers both private and public children law matters, most of which have a cross jurisdictional element. My cases involve serious allegations of non accidental injury, physical and sexual abuse as well as consideration of complex medical issues. I am also instructed in a number of radicalisation cases. I am a specialist in the international relocation of children and my work in this field spans a large number of jurisdictions all over the world including the US, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Poland, Canada, Germany, France, Dubai, Singapore etc. I frequently deliver seminars on these topics. I am also a specialist in international adoption and surrogacy matters and the Hague convention. The majority of my cases involve an international element. I am also part of the specialist International team at 4 PB.
