Appeals handled in a wide variety of subjects, including appeals to the federal circuit court on Hague issues. Graduated cum laude, Washburn University; Masters of Divinity degree (with honours) from St. Paul’s School of Theology; bachelor’s degree in psychology. Practiced as a United Methodist minister prior to becoming a member of the bar.
