Jim Hunnicutt is an AV-rated attorney with 21 years of experience, who practices in all areas of family law. Jim has litigated multiple Hague Convention actions in Utah’s federal court, and written an article on the topic published in 2018. He has served as an expert witness regarding Utah and U.S. family law with the English High Court in London. Jim’s volunteer efforts include service on the Utah Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Procedure, Utah’s Family Law Procedures Subcommittee, and the Utah State Bar Family Law Executive Committee.
