Richard Min

Extensive experience in all areas of Family law, with a particular focus on divorces, interstatecustody under the UCCJEA, and international child abduction under the Hague Convention Treaty. Lead trial attorney in Hague Convention Child Abduction cases across the United States, including in New York, California, Florida, New Jersey, and South Carolina. Works collaboratively consulting and advising other attorneys on Hague Convention matters, including appeals. Admitted in New York State and Federal courts, as well as the Second Circuit Courts of Appeals and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Graduated from Tufts University in 2002 with a degree in Peace and Justice Studies/Economics and Brooklyn Law School in 2007, focusing on civil litigation, family law, international law, negotiation and mediation.
