Alexandra Carr (Alex) is a partner at Lenkinski, Carr & Richard LLP, in Toronto, Ontario in Canada, where her practice is devoted to family law. Alex routinely provides clients with advice regarding custody and access, and complex parental conflicts, child and spousal support, property division, equitable claims, divorce and inter-jurisdictional family law issues such as Hague Applications, relocations and cross-jurisdictional financial disputes. She also prepares and negotiates marriage contacts, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements. Alex co-authors legal text on the Ontario Family Law Rules. She serves as the Secretary to the Family Law Executive of the Advocates’ Society and sits on the panel of the Advice and Settlement Counsel (ASC) project at the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto.
