Admitted as a solicitor in 2000, having spent the previous two years as the Legal Associate to a highly respected Family Court Judge. Accredited Family Law Specialist, a Nationally Accredited Mediator and a Registered Arbitrator. Anne-Marie has been the Queensland Solicitor representative on the Law Council of Australia’s Family Law Section and is annually nominated by her peers as a leader in Family Law and Mediation. She is the Family Law and Mediation/Conflict Management lecturer at the prestigious University of Queensland where she has been nominated for the Excellence in Teaching award. Anne-Marie is the 2018 Leneen Forde AC Woman Lawyer of the Year and the 2019 Queensland Law Society Inaugrual Outstanding Accredited Specialist. She writes regularly for industry and academic publications and has presented papers to local, national and international audiences.
