Shareholder in the firm of Katz, Manka, Teplinsky, Graves & Sobol, Ltd. and has practiced primarily in family law for over 27 years. Has a bachelor’s degree in child psychology and specializes not only in custody litigation but also in other complex dissolution issues involving large estates including business valuation, real estate, spousal maintenance, contested antenuptial agreements, hidden and dissipated assets, and non-marital claims. Also has extensive appellate expertise and has successfully argued cases in both the Minnesota Court of Appeals and Minnesota Supreme Court. Is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and currently serves as Administrative Vice President as well as on the Board of Managers. Was 2002-2003 co-chair of the Hennepin County Bar Association Family Law Section. Has lectured on various domestic law topics and is also a qualified mediator.
