Cindy Diggs is the founder and Managing Shareholder of Diggs & Sadler, has practiced law for over 37 years, and is Board Certified in Family Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Cindy has spent her legal career in the Houston area where she has gained first-chair trial experience, and has successfully handled cases through the appellate process. She is a member of the Family Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, and the Gulf Coast Family Law Specialists. Is also a member of the Texas Association of Civil Trial and Appellate Specialists and was selected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). She served on the Texas Pattern Jury Charge Committee for Family Law from 2001 to 2002. Cindy graduated in 1984 from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was an Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review and a member of the Order of the Barristers.
