Was born in Milan on 22nd July 1963. She graduated summa cum laude with a degree in law from the University of Milan in 1988. In 1992 she completed a post-graduate diploma in clinical criminology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Milan. She was admitted to the Milan Bar in 1992 and she was admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione in 2006. She practices in national and international family law, children law, and civil law. She serves as guardian ad litem of minors in all the proceedings in which they may be involved: adoption procedures, proceedings concerning parental authority, actions to determine personal status, criminal proceedings where minors are involved as plaintiffs or indictees, and she defends minors in court at the request of public entities. She is a speaker at conferences, workshops and training courses. She authored several specialist publications.
