Admitted to the bar in New Zealand and the Cook Islands, specialising in complex financial matters involving high net worth individuals, trusts, companies, partnerships and associations. Has worked on matters involving entities and property across USA, Europe, South America, the Caribbean, Australia, the Pacific Islands and Asia. Regularly leads cases at both first instance and appellate level, including before the Privy Council, and provides opinions on international family property structuring. Frequent presenter on property and trust issues for continuing legal education in New Zealand and globally. A full member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners with an advanced certification in trust disputes; the New Zealand Law Society Rule of Law Committee and the International Institute of Space Law.
