James Freeman

James advises on all issues arising from relationship breakdown. He has particular interests in international and complex cases, commonly involving offshore assets and trusts and business interests and in the construction of sophisticated financial settlements. He is a good French speaker and has extensive experience in Anglo-French cases. James is also experienced in difficult cases concerning children and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, many of which are also of an international nature. He studied at Oxford University and lives in London.
