Jonathan Lounsberry is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers. He has a state-wide family law practice in South Carolina, handling divorce, property division, support, custody, post-decree, contempt, international family law issues, and 1980 Hague Convention litigation. Jonathan is admitted to practice in South Carolina, the District of South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is also a frequent State and National Lecturer on family law and use of technology in trial. Jonathan graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science in 2006, and with a J.D. from the Charleston School of Law in 2009.
