Is a founding partner of Bales Beall LLP and her practice is centred on family law and estates and trust law plus their interrelated litigation, particularly in matters of significant assets, complex property protection and interests in family and private businesses. Has extensive experience in the negotiation and preparation of such domestic contracts as pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and separation agreements, including those involving individuals with international interests. Is certified as a specialist by the Law Society of Upper Canada in family law, and in estates and trust law. Is an Academician of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law and has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners since 2001.
