Katherine Provost is a partner with the Las Vegas law firm Kainen Law Group, which is an “AV” rated firm and featured in the Bar Register of Preeminent Attorneys. In practice in Nevada for nearly 20 years, Katherine is a Board Certified Family Law Specialist and an elected Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the International Academy of Family Lawyers, and an ART Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys. Katherine is a former Chair of the State Bar of Nevada Family Law Section, and is currently a Member of the Nevada Board of Certified Family Law Specialists. She is presently the Treasurer of the Nevada Chapter of the AAML. Katherine’s practice focuses on family law litigation and family building through ART.
