Kelly J. Shindell DeLacey concentrates her practice on complex family law matters involving stock option apportionment, property characterization, business valuation, spousal and child support, and highly contentious child custody disputes. Kelly is a Certified Family Law Specialist and has extensive experience assisting clients through all phases of litigation, both before private judges and in the public courthouse. In addition to being a litigator, Kelly enjoys creatively advising her clients in mediation and settlement negotiations. Before joining DeLacey, Riebel & Shindell, Kelly was a Partner at Sideman & Bancroft. Kelly is a Fellow with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). She has been named a Super Lawyer in Northern California (2014-2020) in Northern California Super Lawyers magazine and as an outstanding young lawyer on the Northern California Rising Stars list (2009-2013). Kelly was also named Top 100 Lawyers in 2018 and 2019 in Northern California Super Lawyers magazine, and as a Top 50 Woman Lawyer in 2017-2020.
