Accredited Family Law Specialist and Partner with over 20 years’ experience in family law. International expertise includes child abduction cases, return of children from both Hague and non-Hague Convention countries, complex divorce and financial disputes, emergency procedures, child support, surrogacy, adoption and parentage orders for same sex partnerships. Where possible, Keturah assists clients to resolve international disputes by mediation, but has sound knowledge and experience of strategic options for international cases such as forum disputes. Where urgent court procedures are necessary, Keturah has extensive litigation experience. Based in Melbourne since 2012, she previously held senior roles in leading family law specialist firms in Sydney and Perth. Keturah serves as a Committee Member of the Family Law Section Executive Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria. She is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and a Member of Law Asia.
