Partner in the law firm of Braunstein & Zuckerman and practices in the areas of Matrimonial, Family and Collaborative Law with an expertise in child custody litigation and litigation involving allegations of child sexual and physical abuse. Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Co-Chair of the New York State Bar Association Child Custody Committee, and a nationally and internationally recognised expert who regularly lectures in the areas of child sexual abuse, physical abuse, abusive head trauma (shaken baby) and child custody litigation. Serves on the faculty of the New York City Police Department Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Investigation Course and has lectured to the FBI Behavioural Analysis Units. Adjunct Professor of Law at Hofstra University School of Law, Hempstead, New York. He has been named as a “Super Lawyer” in New York since 2007, and Best Lawyers in America since 2018.
