Has significant experience in Family and Matrimonial Law routinely appearing in Supreme Court and Family Court with extensive trial experience having practiced in this area of law for over 28 years. Has substantial experience in International Family Law and has successfully litigated international child abduction (Hague) cases, international custody/visitation, relocation and child support matters having an international component. Has successfully argued appeals in the Appellate Division for the First and Second Departments. Has extensive experience in transactional real estate matters representing clients in both residential and commercial real estate transactions and assists clients in effectuating these transfers. Graduate of Brooklyn Law School and the State University of New York at Binghamton. Associate Managing Editor of Brooklyn Journal of International Law (1990-1991).
