Law Degree: Government Law College ( University of Mumbai ) 2006. Profession: I have been a lawyer since 2006 and I set up my own practice in Delhi in 2010. Besides Delhi and Chandigarh, my office takes up matters in other Courts and Tribunals across India. I was made Senior Standing Counsel for the Department of Revenue Intelligence in 2016. My office handles Corporate, Criminal, Civil, Banking, Arbitration, Family, Pro bono and Public Interest Litigation matters. Family: My father Surinder Singh Nijjar, is a former Judge of the Supreme Court of India. He was unanimously elected as Master Bencher, the Hon’ble Society of Middle Temple, London, UK in 2011. My mother Harpal Kaur Nijjar, is a home maker.
