Richard Hogwood

“Graduated from Oxford University (1997). Qualified (2001) practising corporate tax at Slaughter and May before moving to Speechly Bircham (now Charles Russell Speechlys) as a private client tax and trusts lawyer (and subsequently as a family lawyer). Joined Stewarts in May 2011. Focuses particularly on negotiating the financial aspects of divorce (and civil partnership dissolution), separation and preparing pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Cases commonly have an international element and, reflective of his private client background, involve complex tax and trust issues. Member of Resolution and trained Collaborative Lawyer. Recommended in the UK directories for being “”ferociously clever and very solution focused”” and a “”star in the making”” whilst also being “”understanding, sympathetic and practical””.”
