Robin B. Taub, a founding member of Paradiso, Taub, Sinay, Owel and Kostecka, P.C., built her legal reputation in Maryland and the District of Columbia by achieving the best possible outcome for her clients. She focuses her diverse practice (including complex and international divorces, prenuptial agreements, and high profile athletes) on negotiation, mediation and collaboration, as the most effective means to achieve a successful resolution of family crisis, preserving wealth and sparing the emotional toll exacted by protracted litigation. Ms Taub has frequently been named amongst the area’s top family law attorneys by the Washingtonian, Bethesda Magazine, Best Lawyers of America, and other publications. She is a certified Mediator and Arbitrator, a member of IAFL, a founding member of the Md. Collaborative Divorce Assoc., served on the Board of the D.C. Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and she co-authored the Ethics Guidelines for Collaborative Practice – D.C., Md. And Va.
