Born in Milan in 1975; graduated magna cum laude at the State University of Milan in 1999, after classical studies; awarded Ph.D. degree in Roman Law and Comparative Method at the State University of Ferrara in 2003; admitted to the Bar of Milan (Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano) in 2004; admitted to practice in front of the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) in 2017. Extensive experience in all areas of family law (especially high end legal separation, divorce, children custody and maintenance cases, personal status actions), inheritance law, contract and property law, litigations involving private (i.e. non commercial) parties. Treated international cases involving the jurisdictions of England, France, Spain, Monaco, Russia, Switzerland, Ukraine, the U.S.A., Canada, Israel, Singapore.
