Ron Granberg practices family law with the Granberg Law Office in Salinas, California. In 1992 he was president of the Monterey County Bar Association, in 2006 he was president of the California Association of Certified Family Law Specialists (ACFLS), and in 2011 he was president of the Northern California Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). He received the AAML Northern California Chapter’s “Fellow of the Year Award,” the ACFLS “Hall of Fame Award,” and the AAML Southern California Chapter’s “Family Law Person of the Year Award.” He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Ron has been a professor at the Monterey College of Law since 1978 and has received the college’s “Professor of the Year” Award on six occasions. He is the author of California Legal Research (1977) and co-author of Crossover Issues in Estate Planning and Family Law (published by Continuing Education of the Bar, 2011).
