Qualified in 1988 and has been at Charles Russell since 1990. Joint head of the Family Department. Has practised Family Law exclusively since qualification. Specialises in international and domestic private children work, financial applications on relationship breakdown for married and unmarried couples, and pre-nuptial agreements. Has lectured on various family law topics. Co-author of Family Breakdown and Trusts and a member of the Resolution Precedents Drafting Committee.
