Accredited Family Law Specialist and Partner. Acts regularly for high net worth clients in complex financial matters involving corporate and trust structures, often with an international element. Regularly presents to members of the profession on family law issues including prenuptial agreements, trusts and the management and effect of delay in family law litigation. Particular focus on international pre-nuptial and relationship agreements. Provides a commercial approach to negotiation and litigation, and dispute resolution through mediation and collaboration. Board member of Women’s Legal Services NSW, a large community legal centre. Previously a member of the Family Law Issues Committee of the NSW Law Society. Accredited as a family dispute resolution practitioner. Background prior to exclusive practice in family law in commercial litigation and finance at leading commercial law firms in Sydney and London.
