Called to the Bar in 1996. The bulk of his practice involves South African domestic matters, but there is an international element to his practice. He is involved in a wide range of family law matters, including children and financial disputes in divorce cases, children matters involving unmarried parents, maintenance matters, adoption matters, including international adoption from South Africa, Hague Convention return order matters, Hague Convention contact matters, domestic contact application, domestic relocation application and international relocation applications. He also has an interest in children’s rights and the law.
