Toby Yerburgh

Toby Yerburgh heads the six partner strong matrimonial team (four of whom are IAML fellows) at Collyer Bristow. He has practiced international and domestic family law exclusively since he qualified with Farrer and Co in 1992. His practice is concentrated on high value financial cases and complex children cases, often with an international element. He sits on the Resolution (formerly Solicitors’ Family Law Association) Standards Committee and has written and lectured on pre and post nuptial agreements. He most recently authored Resolution’s “Guidance on Access to the Media to Private Hearings”.
