Ms. Arnold is a founding-partner of Arnold, Rodman & O’Keefe PA, a Minnesota-based family law firm. Ms. Arnold practices in all areas of family law including complex divorce, interstate and international divorce and child custody, Hague Convention, non-Hague parental child abduction, parental child abduction prevention, third-party custody and visitation, antenuptial agreements, and appellate law. Ms. Arnold has published numerous articles on interstate and international family law including authoring the “Interstate and International Jurisdiction and Custody Issues” chapter for the Minnesota State Bar Association’s “Minnesota Custody and Child Support Deskbook.” Ms. Arnold is also a frequent speaker nationally on interstate and international family law issues. Ms. Arnold is a member of The Committee on Hague Conventions (IAFL-USA Chapter). Ms. Arnold is a member of the U.S. State Department’s Hague Convention Attorney Network and provides volunteer legal services for the Tubman and Ramsey County Pro Se Clinics.
