She is the Founder and Managing Director of Mathews Family Law & Mediation Services (MFL) (established in 2007). Degrees in Commerce, Social Work and Law, accreditations as a Family Law Specialist (2005), Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (2008), Mediator (2008) and Collaborative Practitioner and 20+ years’ experience as a lawyer and mediator maker her approach to resolving legal relationship issues both sensible and sensitive. She is a leader in assisted dispute resolution in family law and was one of the first Family Law Specialists to also be accredited in Family Dispute Resolution and Mediation. A member of Relationships Australia’s Family Lawyers’ Panel and Mediators’ Panel. She has extensive experience in all issues arising from the breakdown of relationships – domestic and international (including child abduction, child support, maintenance, property, divorce, etc). MFL’s web based services ensure access to specialist family law advice and assisted dispute resolution services at a time and location convenient to referrers and clients. MFL offers ‘fixed fee’ for many services.
