Member of Israel Bar Association (1974-); Founder of the law firm “Zeev Welner law offices” (1974); Former member of the Family Law Committee, Israel Bar Association. Initiated many fundamental petitions to the High Court of Justice in the area of spouses rights, coalition agreements, representation of victim’s rights and women’s rights. Adjunct Professor of Family Law, Ono Academic College. Frequent lecturer at various conferences and panels; Author of publications and articles on family and inheritance law.
