Born in 1973, Swiss and Italian native, studied law at the Universities of Lausanne and Basle and obtained her Masters in Law magna cum laude in 1996. Passed the Geneva bar exam in 2000 and specialised in litigation. In 2006, she became partner in a well established Geneva firm and acted as lead counsel in several cross boarder complex divorce and inheritance proceedings. Ever since, she has developed a specific expertise in this field. In 2009 she founded her own firm. Defends international clients before the Geneva courts in divorce, separation and inheritance proceedings, including the negotiation of amicable settlements. Files claims in recognition and enforcement before the Geneva Courts of foreign judgments rendered in divorce, inheritance of family law matters. She also advises foreign clients on international private family law matters. She works in English and French.
