橋本崇載八段独占手記 私も「実子誘拐」された｜橋本崇載
「対局を終えて私が自宅に帰ってみると、書き置きを残して妻と生後4カ月の私の息子が消えていました。いま、社会問題になっている『実子誘拐』 『子どもの連れ去り』の被害者に、私はなったのです」。橋本崇載八段はなぜ20年間続けてきたプロ棋士を引退することになったのか。日本国内で横行する「実子誘拐」の真実と、地獄の日々を赤裸々告白！ 面会交流および離婚調停が不成立に終わり、子の監護者指定の調停が裁判官によって終了させられたところで、私はすっかりメンタルをやられてしまいました。 それでも気を取り直し、監護権を求めて審判に移行しましたが、「監護権を引き渡す理由がない」との理由で却下。高等裁判所に即時抗告しましたが、それも同じ理由でだめでした。まさに膝から崩れ落ちました。 それまで、神社にお参りしては「子どもが戻ってきますように」 「一緒に暮らせますように」と祈り、何とか希望をつないで生きてきたのですが、ここで完全に体調が悪くなりました。 真夏なのに寒気がして夜、眠れない。吐き気、下痢が止まらない。集中力が保てない。とても将棋どころではなくなりました。心療内科の先生に相談したら、少し休んだほうがいい、と。診断書を出してもらい、2020年10月1日から半年ほど休場することになりました。 そこから今年の4月まで、東京で借りた部屋で一人、何をしていたか記憶にありません。ただひたすら、ぼーっと寝ていたような気がします。体重も20キロほど落ちました。 生きる屍のような私にとどめを刺したのが、2021年1月5日に届いた裁判所からの債権差押命令です。私が日本将棋連盟に対して有する休場中の見舞金請求権を、婚姻費用（結婚から離婚までの間に発生）として差し押さえるというのです。 たしかに私は、決定された婚姻費用をはじめの1回しか払っていませんでした。勝手に出て行ったのに、なぜ妻の生活費までこちらがもたなければならないのか、どうしても納得がいかなかったからです。子どものための費用なら喜んで払います。 この差押命令をきっかけに、私は再び精神的にダウン。酒浸りになってしまいました。ユーチューブ動画は2月ごろから撮り始めていたのですが、アルコールのせいで顔は浮腫み、外に出ないので髪はボサボサ。廃人のような姿で登場しています。 捨て身で闘う覚悟を決めた そうしたなかでも離婚裁判は続いており、互いに離婚には合意し、おもにお金の話を詰める段階となっていました。それで私の代理人から、「次回の主張書面はどうしますか」と連絡があったのです。送られてきた書面を見ると、「親権は相手方とする」と書いてある。 その字面を見て急に、子どもを失うことへの恐怖と怒りが湧いてきました。それで、「いや、たとえ可能性がゼロだとしても親権、争ってください！」と言いました。もちろん、無理なのは承知のうえです。でも、ここで闘わずして親権を渡してしまっては、私は死んでしまうと思いました。 いまはまだ、子どもは「橋本」結翔。私は親権をもつ親です。子どもを取り戻すというウルトラＣが出せるとしたら、いましかない。私は、子どもの連れ去りを許す日本の悪法を世に訴えるために、ユーチューブチャンネルで発信することにしました。「子どもの連れ去りは罪」と法が変われば、もしかしたら子どもの親権をもてるかもしれません。 「橋本結翔」の名前も写真も公表しました。私が扶養している私の子どもなのですから、私に権利があります。子どものプライバシーが云々という声も届きましたが、芸能人が子どもの名前や写真も出してインスタグラムをしているのと同じです。誰にも文句は言わせません。 ユーチューブで発信することについては、周りの人に止められました。「君の名声に傷がつくよ」と。でも、将棋界から引退したいま、私に失うものは何もありません。捨て身の覚悟で闘います。 ちなみに私は、面会交流など絶対にしません。裁判所で認められる面会交流は、月1回、2～3時間程度が原則だと言われています。刑務所でさえ月2回以上の面会が認められているのに、月1回とはどういうことですか。 しかも、場合によっては第三者機関や同居親の監視つき。アホらしい。あり得ません。そんな屈辱的な面会交流だったらしないほうがいい。私はそう思っています。 子どもを連れ去らないで！ ユーチューブで発信を始めたのが4月2日で、それから今日まで1週間。私を取り巻く世界が変わりました。チャンネル登録者は2万人以上を超え、ツイッターのフォロワー数も1万数千人となりました。その前日まで1日10時間以上もゲームをしていたのが、4月2日以降、1秒に1回、携帯電話が鳴る生活になったのです。 あまりの激変ぶりに、キャパシティが追いついていかない状態です。この数日間、1日2時間くらいしか寝ていません。でも、おかげで酒の力を借りなくても、眠れるようになりました。 正直、発信を始めるまでは、これほどの反響があるとは思いませんでした。肯定6：否定4くらいの割合かな、とも。でも、想像以上に多くの方が私の闘いを応援してくれています。ありがたいことです。 私は今の今まで、1年7カ月も子どもに会えていません。まだ婚姻中で、子どもの親権者であるにもかかわらず、です。ユーチューブでの発信からいろいろな人とつながったおかげで、私と同じように「連れ去り」によって親子断絶させられている人がたくさんいることに気づきました。 母親でも、子どもを連れ去られて親権を奪われてしまう人がいることも知りました。あまりに惨いことだと思います。 私や、彼ら彼女らを救うためには、何としても法制度を変えなければならない。最終的には、共同親権や共同養育の世の中になるべきだと思います。 しかし、まずは「子どもの連れ去りは有罪」――これを訴えたいのです。それが、これからの私の使命だと思っています。
