I am delighted to have been invited to speak today at the Children’s Rights Alliance seminar on the Children and Family Relationships Bill 2015. I would like to congratulate the Children’s Rights Alliance for organising this seminar. I want to welcome the fact that the Bill passed Second Stage in the Dáil last Thursday with contributions from sixty members without a vote. . . .
