The Children’s Rights Alliance welcomes the publication of the Children and Family Relationships Bill 2015. The Bill represents the most important reform of child and family law for a generation and puts children at the heart of family law. The proposed legislation will go a long way in addressing discrimination currently faced by children in non-marital families.
