Partner of Libra Avocats in Paris, Frances has previously served as Co-chair for the Family Law committee of the American Bar Association – Section of International Law from 2017 to 2019, as well as Vice-Chair of the committee. She was awarded the “Fifth IAML European Chapter Annual Award for Young Family Lawyers” in March 2015. Admitted to the Paris bar and Franco-American, Frances litigates in Paris and throughout France in divorce proceedings, complex financial claims involving Trusts and various business structures, child related proceedings, orders for financial provisions, as well litigating estate disputes. She regularly advises on pre and post-nuptial agreements and has been personally appointed an expert before foreign courts on matters relating to matrimonial property regimes and division of property. Frances has also lectured at the University Paris II – Assas on estate and succession law. She is a frequent lecturer at conferences on international and domestic family law topics.
