Nuala Jackson is a Senior Counsel specialising in Family Law and Child Law. Called to the Bar in 1988, she has lectured and written extensively on numerous aspects of child and family law as well as being involved in many landmark cases in these areas. She is a law graduate of Trinity College Dublin (First Class Honours) and has a Master of Laws degree from Cambridge University (First Class Honours). In 2013, she completed a LLM degree in Canon Law in Cardiff University (Distinction). She also has post graduate qualifications in arbitration (domestic and international), medical law, data protection, charity law, governance and trusteeship and she is an accredited mediator. She is Chairperson of the Family Lawyers Association of Ireland.
