Philip J Marshall

Called to the Bar in 1989 and has extensive experience of big money (international) matrimonial disputes. Has appeared in the House of Lords on three occasions: White (2000); Miller and McFarlane (2006) and Mark (2005). Named as a Matrimonial Finance Leading Queens Counsel in Chambers & Partners UK Directory and Legal 500. Elected national Vice Chairman of the Family Law Bar Association in 2013, and is an Associate member of Resolution.
